    Mission / brief description:

    The first Charter for the Italian Solidarity Economy Network was presented in Padua in 2003, launching the proposal of the "Districts of Solidarity Economy" (DES). The Districts, were developed in the meantime, created in 2007 the "Tavolo Res", as a connecting body at national level. In 2010 the 10 columns of the solidarity economy model were adopted and in January 2020, the network association Rete Italiana per l'Economia Solidale was formally established.
